The Company leverages the technological infrastructure and security solutions provided by BitGo and the payment processing services offered by HyperPay to deliver its services. However, it is important to note that HyperPay and BitGo operate independently of XRPayNet Global Limited, and the Company is not responsible for any actions, policies, or procedures of these third-party entities.
